To Register your child for the Fall 2024 – Spring 2025 Van Meter Heaters Softball and Baseball Teams,
please complete the information below. All registration forms must be turned in, on or before June 7, 2024.

Registration and payment do not guarantee a place on a team. Every effort will be given to work players onto a team, however each team will be limited to 12 players. *Our board reserves the right to make any adjustments to team size as they see fit.* Players will be contacted as soon as teams are finalized by July 15th.

Annual Fees for 8U-13U are $780 per player. 2024/25 High School players grades

8th-12th Fall fees are TBD. Please look for information from our board President regarding this age group. *We reserve the right to change program fees based on actual tournament costs and number of registrations. $580 is due on or before 9/1/2024 and the remaining $200 is due on or before 2/1/2025.

Registration fees for 8U-13U include the following:

New Players

New players can expect to pay up to an additional $150 for their uniforms for the 2024-’25 season, including a warm-up, two jerseys, pants, socks and belts.

*Existing players will have the opportunity to purchase future uniform items on an as-needed basis rather than annually*

I/We, the parents of the above-named candidate for a position on the Van Meter Heaters Softball League, hereby give my/our approval for her to participate in any and all softball activities during the current season. I/We assume all risks and hazards and incidentals to such participation including transportation to and from the activities. I/We do hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify and agree to hold harmless the local Van Meter Heaters Softball League, the organizers, sponsors, supervisors, participants and person transporting my/our daughter to or from activities, for any claims arising out of an injury to my/our daughter, except to the extent covered by accident or liability insurance.
