Van Meter Heaters Softball Registration
Fall 2026 – Spring 2027
Registration is due on or before June 5, 2026.

Registration and payment do not guarantee team placement. Teams will be limited to 12 players. The board reserves the right to make adjustments. Players will be contacted as teams are finalized by July 15th.

8U-14U Annual Registration Fees

Annual Fees for 8U–14U are $825 per player. High School players grades 8th–12th Fall fees are TBD. Please look for information from our board President regarding this age group. *We reserve the right to change program fees based on actual tournament costs and number of registrations.*

**A $150 non-refundable deposit per player is required with registration.**

This deposit will be applied toward your total annual dues. Submitting the deposit confirms your intent to join and helps us in planning for the season.

The Fall Fee, estimated at $450, is due on or before 8/1/2026. The Spring Fee, estimated at $225, is due on or before 2/1/2027.

New players can expect to pay up to an additional $150 for uniforms including a warm-up, two jerseys, pants, socks, and belts.
